These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of products supplied by E9X AutoHaus. By placing an order with E9X AutoHaus, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. GENERAL
E9X AutoHaus is an Australian enthusiast-run automotive aftermarket brand based in North Brisbane, Queensland.
Our products are developed for enthusiast, performance and motorsport-oriented vehicles. Unless specifically stated otherwise, products should not be assumed to be approved for road use in every jurisdiction.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any product, modification or vehicle configuration complies with the laws, regulations, registration requirements and insurance requirements applicable to you and your vehicle.
2. PRODUCT FITMENT & SUITABILITY
Vehicle modifications can significantly affect product compatibility. Product fitment information provided by E9X AutoHaus is based on the vehicle configurations and applications specified on the relevant product page.
Before ordering or installing a product, you are responsible for confirming compatibility with your specific vehicle and its existing modifications.
This may include checking:
• Vehicle model, chassis and production specification
• Wheel dimensions and offsets
• Brake and suspension configuration
• Spacer configuration
• Hub and wheel hardware
• Available clearances
• Thread engagement
• Any other modifications that may affect installation or operation

3. INSTALLATION
Automotive components should be installed by a competent person with appropriate mechanical knowledge, tools and equipment.
Installation must be performed using appropriate workshop practices and any applicable manufacturer specifications.
Before operating the vehicle, the installer and vehicle owner are responsible for confirming correct installation, including appropriate torque, clearances, fastener engagement and component security.
Where appropriate, fasteners and components should be periodically inspected and re-checked, particularly following installation, wheel changes or performance and track use.
E9X AutoHaus is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, incorrect torque procedures, unsuitable vehicle configurations or failure to appropriately inspect installed components, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
4. STREET + TRACK USE
Many E9X AutoHaus products are developed with Street + Track use in mind.
Performance driving, motorsport and track use can expose vehicle components to substantially greater loads, temperatures, vibration and wear than normal road use.
No automotive component can be guaranteed against every possible operating condition, accident, installation error or misuse.
Customers using products in performance or motorsport environments are responsible for appropriate vehicle preparation, inspection intervals, maintenance and safe operation.
5. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
An order is accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• A product is unavailable
• Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed
• An order cannot reasonably be fulfilled
• Fraud or unauthorised payment is reasonably suspected
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
6. PRICING & PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing are accurate.
Product pricing and specifications may change without notice.
Images may be representative, and minor differences in appearance, finish, packaging or production batches may occur where they do not materially affect the product's function or advertised characteristics.
If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate.
7. AVAILABILITY & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
E9X AutoHaus operates with a combination of stocked and small-batch or made-to-order products.
Where a product is made to order, an estimated production or preparation timeframe may be displayed on the product page.
Lead times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by manufacturing, supplier or logistics delays.
We will communicate significant delays where reasonably practicable.
8. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other charges imposed by their destination country.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY
Returns and warranty claims are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Warranty & Quality Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
10. LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E9X AutoHaus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from circumstances including:
• Incorrect installation
• Misuse or abuse
• Neglect or inadequate maintenance
• Accidents or impacts
• Use outside a product's intended application
• Incompatible vehicle modifications
• Failure to perform appropriate inspections or maintenance
Nothing in this section limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
11. ROAD LEGALITY & VEHICLE COMPLIANCE
Modification laws vary between jurisdictions.
It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a product or vehicle modification complies with applicable roadworthiness, registration, engineering, emissions and insurance requirements.
E9X AutoHaus does not provide legal advice or vehicle engineering certification unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, E9X AutoHaus branding, product photography, graphics, written content and original product-related materials remain the intellectual property of E9X AutoHaus and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, business operations or applicable requirements.
For an order already placed, the version of these Terms applicable at the time of purchase will apply to that order where relevant.
