Warranty & Quality

E9X AutoHaus is a small-batch, enthusiast-run brand. We back what we sell — but we also build parts designed for modified cars, street use, and track use. This page explains what we cover, what we don’t, and how to get help if something isn’t right.

Important: If you’re unsure about fitment or installation, contact us before installing. Many issues can be prevented with a quick check of chassis, wheel specs, and intended use.

1. Quality Commitment

We aim to supply hardware and merch that meets the standard we’d run on our own cars. Products are inspected before dispatch where practical, and we continuously improve packaging, instructions, and component selection based on real customer feedback.

2. Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal intended use. Where a defect is confirmed, our remedy is at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the product or the defective component; or
  • Repair (where practical); or
  • Refund (where replacement/repair is not possible).

3. What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Incorrect installation, incorrect torque procedures, or failure to re-check fasteners;
  • Normal wear and tear (especially track use);
  • Accidents, impacts, abuse, neglect, or corrosion due to harsh environments/chemicals;
  • Misuse or use outside the intended purpose (including competition where relevant);
  • Modifications or alterations to the product after purchase;
  • Fitment issues caused by non-standard setups (aftermarket wheels, spacers, hubs, custom brakes, etc.).

4. Motorsport / Track Use

Track use dramatically increases loads and heat cycles. We design with street + track in mind, but no product can be guaranteed in every motorsport scenario. You are responsible for inspection schedules and safe operation.

5. How To Make a Warranty Claim

Email us with:

  • Your name and order email
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos (and if relevant, install photos)

6. Resolution Timeframes

We’ll respond as quickly as we can. Because we’re small-batch, replacements may require stock availability, but we’ll always communicate clearly and offer the best available remedy.
