Returns & Refunds

If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it. This page explains how returns work for E9X AutoHaus orders.

1. Change of Mind

If you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel or adjust it.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order details and clear photos. We’ll organise a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in original condition/packaging. Some items may not be eligible due to safety or hygiene reasons.

4. Return Process

  • Email info@e9xautohaus.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm the outcome via email.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is generally the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Note: Some of our hardware is intended for motorsport/track use. If you’re unsure about fitment or compatibility, contact us before ordering and we’ll help you choose correctly.
