Returns & Refunds
1. Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of performance automotive parts, all products are considered final sale once shipped, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a product is received damaged, faulty or incorrect, notification must be made within 7 days of delivery.
3. Condition of Returns
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled and in original condition unless otherwise determined by E9X AutoHaus.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise required by law.
5. Assessment
All returned items will be inspected prior to approval of refund or replacement.
