E9X AutoHaus is a small, enthusiast-run business based in North Brisbane, Australia. All products are intended primarily for off-road, motorsport, or closed-course use unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to ensure that any modifications comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Product Use & Suitability
All components should be installed by a competent person with appropriate mechanical knowledge, using proper tools and following safe workshop practices. Incorrect installation, misuse, or operation outside the intended purpose may result in damage, failure, or injury.
You are responsible for checking:
- Compatibility with your specific vehicle model and setup;
- Clearances, torque settings, and fastener engagement;
- That all components are re-checked periodically, especially after track use.
3. Motorsport & High-Performance Use
Motorsport, track use, and spirited driving place significantly higher loads on components than normal road use. While E9X AutoHaus aims to design hardware suitable for these conditions, no part can be guaranteed to withstand every possible scenario or misuse.
By using E9X AutoHaus products in any motorsport or high-performance environment, you acknowledge and accept the increased risk of wear, damage, and potential failure.
4. Orders, Pricing & Availability
As a small-batch operation, product availability may be limited and lead times may vary. Pricing is subject to change without notice. An order is not confirmed until payment is received.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E9X AutoHaus is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage; or
- Any damage arising from incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, or operation outside intended use.
Your sole remedy in relation to a defective product is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as outlined in the Warranty & Returns policies (where applicable).
6. Compliance With Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any modifications and components are legal for road use in your region. E9X AutoHaus does not provide legal advice regarding registration, insurance, or compliance.
7. Changes to These Terms
E9X AutoHaus may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of purchase will apply to that order. It is your responsibility to review this page for updates.
